It's not recommended to configure more than one PWT step in a single workflow .

Known Error

When using PWT, JIRA issue will move to the next step automatically if the last user in the approver list has click 'Approve' button. However, the page will not be refreshed automatically. Current user can only view the new status when current user manually refresh the browser.

Triggers

  1. (PWT) User is listed in the approver list
    Current workflow execution button can only be shown when current user is included in the vale of 'Approvers'. 
    'Waiting For Approve' field can choose one from the three possible options listed below:

    1. (PWT) Approved
    2. (PWT) Rejected
    3. (PWT) Feedback



  3. (PWT)Automatic workflow actions隐藏工作流动作
    This is used for the actions invisible to all the users. Normally it only applies to system automatic workflow actions, e.g. When all the approver approved, workflow will automatically execute 'Done' action. 

Validator

  1. (PWT)Comment field is mandatory
    This is used to validate whether the user has filled in comments field. Comments can be copied to 'Comments' field to consolidate overall comments from all the approvers. 

 

Results

  1. (PWT) Approved
    Execute the 'Approved' action in PWT. 
    Once 'Approved' action has been executed, current user will be moved from 'Waiting For Approve' custom field to 'Approver' custom field. When the 'Waiting For Approve' custom field value is empty, i.e. all the approvers have finished approval, PWT will execute the 'Done' workflow function. 
    执行这个工作流动作后，都会把当前用户从 ‘待审批人’ 字段移动到 ‘已审批人' 字段，当 待审批人 字段 为空时(即所有人都审批完成)，自动执行 ‘审批完成’ 的工作流动作。
    If user has filled in 'Comments' custom field, the comment type will be marked as APPROVED in the JIRA View Issue screen. 
    如果用户填写了审批意见，那么在JIRA 问题查看页面，就会标注审批意见类型为 同意

  2. (PWT) Rejected (并行审批) 拒绝
    Execute the 'Rejected' action in PWT. 执行并行审批的 拒绝 动作
    If user has filled in 'Comments' custom field, the comment type will be marked as REJECTED in the JIRA View Issue screen. 
    如果用户填写了审批意见，那么在JIRA 问题查看页面，就会标注审批意见类型为 拒绝

  3. (PWT) Feedback (并行审批) 反馈
    This is only used when adding comments only scenario. 仅用于只添加反馈意见的多人并行流程。
    When executing this workflow function, current user will be moved from 'Waiting For Approve' custom field to 'Approver' custom field. When the 'Waiting For Approve' custom field value is empty, i.e. all the approvers have finished approval, PWT will execute the 'Done' workflow function. 执行这个工作流动作后，都会把当前用户从 ‘待审批人’ 字段移动到 ‘已审批人' 字段，当 待审批人 字段 为空时(即所有人都审批完成)，自动执行 ‘审批完成’ 的工作流动作。

    If user has filled in 'Comments' custom field, the comment type will be marked as FEEDBACK in the JIRA View Issue screen. 
    如果用户填写了审批意见，那么在JIRA 问题查看页面，就会标注审批意见类型为 反馈

     

    The difference between (PWT) feedback and (PWT) Approval is the type of 'Comments' custom field. 这个设置与 ‘(并行审批)批准’ 的区别在于，填写的 ‘审批意见’ 的类型不同。


     

     

  4. (PWT) Copy Project role to custom field(并行审批) 复制项目角色成员到自定义字段
    WIth this option, user can manage project role and PWT add-on will copy the project role to the 'Waiting for Approve' custom field. 如果每次申请的审批人都相同，不希望用户每次都手动选择审批人，就可以使用这个功能。通过用户角色维护审批人，然后插件会将项目角色成员复制到审批人字段，。

    将指定项目角色中用户复制到指定多用户类型自定义字段
