When using PWT, JIRA issue will move to the next step automatically if the last user in the approver list has click all the approvers have chosen 'Approve' buttonoption. However, the page will not be refreshed automatically. Current user can only view the new status when current user manually refresh the browserafter refreshing browser manually. |

Current workflow execution button can only be shown when current user is included in the vale of 'Approvers'.
'Waiting For Approve' field can choose one from the three possible options listed below:
- (PWT) Approved
- (PWT) Rejected
- (PWT) Feedback
- (PWT)Automatic workflow actions隐藏工作流动作
This is used for the actions invisible to all the users. Normally it only applies to system automatic workflow actions, e.g. When all the approver
approvedapprove, workflow will automatically execute 'Done' action.
Validator
- (PWT)Comment Feedback field is mandatory
This is used to validate whether the user has filled in comments feedback custom field. Comments can Feedback will be copied to 'Comments' field to consolidate overall comments feedback from all the approvers.
Results
- (PWT) Approved
Execute the 'Approved' action in PWT.
Once 'Approved' action has been executed, current user will be moved from 'Waiting For ApproveApprover' custom field to 'ApproverApproved by' custom field. When the 'Waiting For ApproveApprover' custom field value is empty, i.e. all the approvers have finished approvalexecuted relevant actions, PWT will execute automatically move the workflow to 'Done' workflow functionstatus.
执行这个工作流动作后，都会把当前用户从 ‘待审批人’ 字段移动到 ‘已审批人' 字段，当 待审批人 字段 为空时(即所有人都审批完成)，自动执行 ‘审批完成’ 的工作流动作。
