When using PWT, JIRA issue will move to the next step automatically if all the approvers have chosen 'Approve' option. However, the page will not be refreshed automatically. Current user can only view the new status after refreshing browser manually. |
Workflow function list
Conditions
- (PWTPAP) User is in the approver list
PWT PAP workflow transition button can only be shown when current user is included in the vale of 'Approvers'.
'Waiting For Approve' field can choose one from the three possible options listed below:
- (PWTPAP) Approved
- (PWT) Rejected
- (PWT) Feedback
- Hide transition
Hide the transition
- (PWT)Automatic workflow actions隐藏工作流动作
This is used for the transition which is invisible users. Normally it only applies to workflow automation, e.g. When all approvers approve, workflow will automatically move transition to 'Done' status.
Validator
- (PWTPAP)Feedback field Comment is mandatoryrequired
This is used to validate whether the user has filled in feedback custom field. Feedback comment. The comment will be copied to 'CommentsFeedback' field to summarize feedback from all the approverswhich setting in post function.
Post Functions
- (PWTPAP) ApprovedApprove
Execute the 'ApprovedApprove' transition in PWT PAP.
Once 'ApprovedApprove' transition has been executed, current user will be moved from 'Approver' custom field to 'Approved by' custom field. When the 'Approver' custom field value is empty, i.e. all the approvers have executed relevant actions, PWT PAP will automatically move the workflow to 'Done' statusnext status.
If user has filled in 'Feedback' custom fieldleave message in comment, the comment type will be marked as

This is only used when adding feedback.
Once executed this workflow function, current user will be moved from 'Approver' custom field to 'Approved by' custom field. When the 'Approver' custom field value is empty, i.e. all the approvers have executed relevant actions, PWT PAP will execute the 'Done' workflow function automatically.
