- Parallel Approval Process (PAP) for JIRA will download the corresponding version compatible with your exiting JIRA version.
- Administrator credential for JIRA is required
- Click cog icon on the right corner and select 'add-on'
- Click the 'Manage add-on' menu on the left side
- Click the 'Upload add-on' link on the page and select the PAP add-on downloaded in step 1
- Click 'Upload' button and wait until the add-on is installed successfully
- Refresh the page and find Parallel Approval Process (PAP) from the menu on the left hand side and select 'License'
- Paste license code
